Car fails to stop at pedestrian crossing and knocks over cyclist






A driver was caught on video knocking over a cyclist at a pedestrian crossing.
The video was posted on ROADS.sg's Facebook page on Friday (Oct 5). According to the contributor, the incident happened near VivoCity about "two weeks ago".
